(Smoked sosatie)

INGREDIENTS
- 1 box Nando’s PERi-PERi Bag & Bake Smokey Churrasco
- 1 chicken breast, cut into cubes
- 2 t canola oil
- 2 t Smokey Churrasco spice from the spice pack in the box
- 3 – 4 cocktail skewers
METHOD
- Preheat the oven to 200 °C.
- Cut the chicken breast into 2 x 2cm cubes.
- Add the chicken, oil, and spice to the cooking bag, fold and secure with a washing peg and give a good shake for 10 seconds.
- Open the bag and skewer the chicken onto the skewers, 6 cubes on each.
- Place skewers back into the bag, and fold close.
- Place onto a baking tray and bake for 15 minutes.
- Remove from oven and blow torch the top of the bag until it starts flaming, then blow out the flame and tear open the bag.
- Enjoy the smoked sosaties.
