NANDO'S #PERiTricks: ALL THE FISH IN THE SEA

INGREDIENTS

  • 1 box Nando’s PERi-PERi Bag & Bake Paprika Citrino
  • 6 frozen fish fingers
  • 1 T Paprika Citrino spice from the spice pack in the box
  • Nando’s PERinaise

METHOD

  • Preheat the air fryer to 200°C for two minutes.
  • Place the fish fingers in the cooking bag and sprinkle in the spice.
  • Close the top of the bag and secure with a washing peg. Shake well for ten seconds.
  • Tear open the bag, place the bag with the fish fingers inside the air fryer tray and place in the air fryer. Cook for 8 minutes.
  • Remove and serve with Nando’s PERinaise.
