(Fish fingers)

INGREDIENTS
- 1 box Nando’s PERi-PERi Bag & Bake Paprika Citrino
- 6 frozen fish fingers
- 1 T Paprika Citrino spice from the spice pack in the box
- Nando’s PERinaise
METHOD
- Preheat the air fryer to 200°C for two minutes.
- Place the fish fingers in the cooking bag and sprinkle in the spice.
- Close the top of the bag and secure with a washing peg. Shake well for ten seconds.
- Tear open the bag, place the bag with the fish fingers inside the air fryer tray and place in the air fryer. Cook for 8 minutes.
- Remove and serve with Nando’s PERinaise.
