INGREDIENTS
- 1 packet Tennis Biscuits
- 2 cans Caramel Treat
- 500 ml cream
- 6 bananas
- 100's and 1000's for garnish
- Grated chocolate for garnish
- Maraschino cherries for garnish
METHOD
- In a 20 x 30 cm dish, cover the bottom of the dish with one layer of Tennis biscuits.
- Spread the Caramel Treat on top of the biscuits in an even layer.
- Slice the bananas into 8mm slices and pack tightly on top of the caramel.
- Whip the cream to stiff peaks and layer on top of the bananas.
- Set in the fridge overnight.
- Garnish with 100's and 1000's, grated chocolate, and a cherry per serving.
